I grew up on a small town in southeast Michigan on an 80-acre farm. I graduated from Eastern Michigan University’s Hotel and Restaurant Management program. I started in the hospitality industry at the age of 16 as a barista in a local coffee shop. I started my hotel career after high school as a Front Desk Agent, eventually working my way up to an Assistant General Manager. Before becoming the General Manager at the Residence Inn Kansas City/Country Club Plaza, I worked as the Assistant General Manager at the Hilton Garden Inn – Ann Arbor, and the Hampton Inn & Suites – Portland. In my free time, I enjoy going for long drives through scenic forests and countryside’s and binging new TV shows and movies. I adopted my three-legged rescue dog, Cooper, in 2014 and enjoy going on hikes and adventures with him as well!
