Biography

I am from Burbank, IL, a south suburb in Chicago. I graduated from Illinois State University with a bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership. I started working in hospitality in 1987 and worked for Marriott, TMI and Oakwood Worldwide before starting with RMC. I married my wife, Karen, on November 7, 1992 and we have two sons, Justin, born August 13, 1994 and Tyler, born May 6, 1998. Outside of work, I enjoy boating, golfing, hunting, biking and walking.
