I was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario; the son of Sicilian immigrants. I attended Humber College and graduated in 1989 with an associate degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management and Culinary Arts. A highlight in my early career was my one-year internship as an international cast member at Disney World’s Epcot Center. Following my time at Disney, I worked as a Hotel Manager aboard luxury cruise vessels for Holland America Line and Clipper Cruise Line/INTRAV, where I met my wife, Sarah. We married in 1993 and were blessed to work and sail around the world together for the rest of the decade, visiting all seven continents. In 2000, we settled in her hometown of Fargo, ND and opened Sarello’s, a contemporary fine dining restaurant which we operated until 2016. From 2016-2023, I was the General Manager of the Hotel Donaldson in downtown Fargo. In June 2023, I joined the Raymond Team as the General Manager of the Hilton Garden Inn Fargo, and I am excited to be part of this dynamic operation.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and son, Giovanni (2004), going to the gym, golfing, and cooking.
