I was born and raised in Houston! I’ve been here my whole life except for 2 years I spent in Austin for culinary school. I graduated with an associate degree in Culinary Arts from the Texas Culinary Academy in 2008. After Culinary School I worked at some fine dining restaurants around Houston and after a few years ended up as the Admissions Manager at Culinary Institute LeNotre here in Houston. My wife and I were married on leap day 2016, 2 weeks before I started my career with Raymond. Outside of work, I’m a huge foodie! I love trying new spots and finding those hidden gems. I’m also a diehard Astros fan and one of my favorite places to be is at Minute Maid Park cheering them on.
