Lexi McGillivray

Biography

I was born and raised in Bismarck, North Dakota. I later moved to Fargo to attend North Dakota State University, where I studied Hospitality Management. During college, I began working in restaurants and took an internship with Raymond Management Company (RMC) at the Courtyard in Moorhead, Minnesota. After graduating, I chose to continue my journey with RMC and accepted a position as Guest Services Supervisor, and was soon promoted to Guest Services Manager.

In 2023, I took the next step in my career as the General Manager at the Home2 Suites in Fargo, North Dakota. When the property was sold, I relocated to Madison, Wisconsin, to take on the role of Sales Manager at the SpringHill Suites. In 2025, I moved to Milwaukee to become the General Manager of the Home2 Suites by Hilton.

I married my husband in 2024. We share our home with two cats—Jasper and Ravioli—and our first child. Outside of work, I enjoy arts and crafts, long boarding, reading, and listening to music.
