Claire Busse

Biography

I was fortunate to grow up in various places such as North Carolina, New York, and Michigan. I graduated from Villanova University. I spent many years in Tokyo, Japan and the US Pacific Northwest, and I've have had a wide variety of careers, ranging from teaching to sports marketing and finally accounting. Most recently, I was an accounting manager with a local manufacturing company for about 14 years in Madison, WI.

I have two amazing sons that both attend UW Madison. Outside of work, you can find me playing hockey, biking, hiking, and anything to do with water like kayaking, paddle boarding, and on the rare occasion, surfing.
