Max Lee

Biography

I spent most of my youth in Boise, Idaho, with a few formative years in the Portland, Oregon area. Growing up in a hospitality family, I entered the industry at 15 and have been passionate about it ever since. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with both branded and independent hotels, gaining a deep appreciation for the unique strengths each brings to the guest experience.

I recently earned my Bachelor of Science in Applied Business Management from BYU–Idaho. One of the most rewarding aspects of my work is mentoring my team—watching them grow, develop, and succeed is a constant source of motivation.

Outside of work, I enjoy sports, music, movies, and taking daily walks. I’ve been married to my wonderful wife, Raundi, since 2004, and we’re proud parents to our son, Jacob.
