Jeroen Grob

Biography

I grew up in Gouda, the Netherlands, and studied journalism and communications in Amsterdam. While in school, I discovered my passion for hospitality while working for the Spanish hotel chain NH Hotels. After graduating, I spent several years as a TV reporter before returning to hospitality. I worked for Seabourn Cruises, sailing around the world for several years, and later joined Viking Cruises as a relief Hotel Manager on their European river fleet.

I moved to the United States in 2018 and joined Great Wolf Resorts in 2019. I began as a Guest Services Manager in Wisconsin Dells and quickly transitioned into Director roles in Minnesota, overseeing Guest Services, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage. Most recently, I served as an AGM and supported task force operations nationwide across various lodges.

Outside of work, my spouse and I enjoy hiking with our 9-year-old Labrador, traveling, and discovering new places. I am proud to have earned American citizenship in 2021, and I continue to visit the Netherlands annually to stay connected with family and friends.
