Brad Vanden Boom

Biography

I grew up in Neenah, Wisconsin and graduated from University of Wisconsin–Stout with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. I began my professional career at the Pfister Hotel in Milwaukee as an intern in Banquet Setup. In 1990, I joined Marriott International in Chicago as an Account Manager, and grew into the roles of Director of Sales, General Manager, Area General Manager, and Regional Director. After Chicago, I lived all over the U.S., working in Philadelphia, Indianapolis, Austin, Key West, Denver, Louisville, and Raleigh for Hyatt, Hilton, Choice Hotels, and Marriott. I joined RMC in 2023 as General Manager at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Skokie, Illinois.

Outside of work, my pride and joy are my two beautiful and amazing daughters Isabella and Lilliana. I enjoy hiking, museums, anything historical, and traveling.
