Elissa French

Biography

I grew up in Lena, Illinois, and graduated from Lena-Winslow High School. I attended Capri College in Dubuque, Iowa, where I pursued my passion for skincare with a focus on the medical side of esthetics. After earning my license and passing the Wisconsin State Boards, I moved to Madison, WI, eager to begin my career in medical esthetics.

While exploring opportunities in the field, I joined The Great Dane Pub and Brewing Company, initially as a host. Within a year, I was promoted to the Management Team and spent nearly a decade helping lead daily operations. From there, I spent eight years in a Payroll & Benefits Specialist role.

In 2025, I began an exciting new chapter as a Payroll Specialist with Raymond Management Company.

Outside of work, I live in Mount Horeb with my husband and our two children, ages 11 and 4. We love trying new restaurants, watching movies and football (Go Bears!), and taking annual road trips to discover new places. I also enjoy collecting Fiestaware and Department 56—two hobbies that bring color and charm into our home.
