I grew up in many states, as my father served in the U.S. Military. I attended the University of Missouri, where I graduated with a degree in Archaeology. My background includes being a GM of a jazz club in Kansas City and opening the first Marriott branded hotel in Atlantic City, NJ and the first Marriott Resort Courtyard hotel, in the Florida Keys. My hospitality career includes nine states, and multi-brand experience with Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, and Sonesta. I have worked closely with Richard Stockton University’s Hospitality program, where I enjoyed mentoring and shaping future hospitality leaders. My experience includes other industry leaders, such as Aimbridge, MCR, Island Hospitality, and White Lodging Services.
Fun fact about me: I was a Golden Gloves boxer and have completed multiple marathons and triathlons, including the Ironman, Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon, and the Schneider Electric Paris Marathon.
My wife and I are parents to four rescue dogs and cats and enjoy time outdoors!
