I was born and raised on the west side of Madison, Wisconsin. I attended Madison Memorial High School—now known as Vel Phillips Memorial—where I played football. Once in college, I chose to focus on education instead of sports. I started at Madison College and later transferred to the UW–Madison School of Business. My passion for helping others and working with people led me to the field of Human Resources. I earned my degree in Human Resources and Management, and achieved SHRM certification shortly after graduating.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, staying active, and anything involving sports. I try to catch a Mallards game every year and make time for go-karting at Sugar River Raceway when I can.
My goal has always been to brighten someone’s day and make a positive difference wherever possible. I’m grateful to have the chance to do that every day—both at work and in life.
