Biography

Rob Fox is a Midwest native who believes the best things in life are built, whether that’s a project, a career, or a family. He married his wife, Francesca, in 2018, and together they are raising their five-year-old son, Elijah, who keeps life fun, humbling, and full of perspective.

Rob genuinely enjoys working with his hands. Give him a project that needs figuring out, and he’s in his element. He finds satisfaction in understanding how things are put together and takes pride in building things the right way.

He completed his associate’s degree in business management and built his career through hands-on experience in electrical construction and facilities operations, developing both technical expertise and practical leadership skills along the way.

When he’s not working, you’ll likely find him on a disc golf course, traveling with his family, or sitting by a fire at the end of the day, unplugged and present. He values growth, discipline, and stepping outside of comfort zones, believing that progress rarely happens without a little discomfort.
