Spencer Kelsey

Biography

I grew up in Poynette, WI and I began my college education at Madison Area Technical college where I earned two technical degrees. I finished my education by earning a bachelor’s degree at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, during which I completed an internship on the development team at Raymond Management Company. After college, I stared my career in the construction industry as a project engineer/BIM manager for a general contractor in the Madison area. I returned to work for RMC in 2023.
My personal interests include history, Wisconsin sports, farming, construction, hunting, fishing, and anything outdoors.
